• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Some items are made to order and you can expect up to a week for creation delaying shipping. If you need the made to order items by a deadline, please contact us to make sure we can meet your deadline.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Only with advance contact for a shipping quote. Please do not order from another country (not USA) without contacting us first!

• How do I clean my alpaca/wool products?

  Always hand wash in very mild detergent and lay flat to dry. You can block it first to get the excess water out. Be cautious of rich dyed colors as they may bleed or run. Be sure to use COLD water! Further questions can be sent through the contact page.
